1) It’s FREE?!Really?!

2) there’s a sandy beach included in this LAS VEGAS home… I’d like to know how they pulled that one off

3) no restriction, be happy. That’s exactly the kind of house i’m looking for

4) If the Mah-Jongg table doesn’t convince you to move in, you can’t be convinced… you’re unconvincable

5) The dude who lives there is STERILE… How, exactly, is that relevant? (I guess it’s precisely as relevant as the height and weight of the current residents.)
